Tips for designing National Education programmes

1. Rationale
"What's my point?" Always keep in mind what you are trying to achieve. The message must come through.
2. Relevance
"What's in it for me?" That’s what your audience will be asking themselves in their heads. A good National Education programme must grab the audience’s attention and convince them that it is important to pay attention.
3. Reach
"What's the best way to reach my audience?" One size does not fit all. Customise your methods of delivery, teaching tools and approaches to appeal to your audience. It is important to make a connection with them and to 'speak their language'.
